you are sponsoring Sam's trips to Hospitals, schools, nursing homes, and adult day cares. Special Equestrians does not charge for Sam's visits, so any donations are greatly appreciated!

Broken Heart Sam, is an American

Miniature Horse, and is full size, standing at 32 inches high at the shoulder. Even though he is one of the smallest horses at  Special Equestrians, he has one of the

biggest jobs!

Sam goes to visit disabled and sick

children and adults, who are not either healthy enough or physically able to come to the farm. Sam has been to visit the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta campus of Scottish Rite, and Egleston. He has also visited various special needs programs at local schools, nursing homes, and even an adult day care facility, all the way in Dalton, GA.

Sammy brings joy and wonder where ever he goes. Kind and gentle, small and non-threatening, Sammy allows people to experience the magic of horses, no matter

where they are. He packs a whole lot of love into one small package.
